Reservations made 28 days or more prior to arrival
In case of cancellation up to 28 days before arrival date, the deposit is fully refunded. For cancellations made 28 to 21 days before date of arrival, 75% of the deposit is refunded. For cancellations made 21 to 14 days before the arrival date 50% of the deposit is refunded. For cancellations made later than 14 days before the arrival date and in case of no-show, the deposit is non refundable.
Reservations made 28 to 7 days prior to arrival
In case of cancellation up to 21 days before arrival date, the deposit is fully refunded. For cancellations made 21 to 14 days before date of arrival, 50% of the deposit is refunded. For cancellations made later than 14 days before the arrival date and in case of no-show, the deposit is non refundable.
Reservations made later than 7 days prior to arrival
In case of cancellation and in case of no-show, the deposit is non refundable.
In any case keep in mind that :
The notification of cancellation is received and confirmed by us in writing.
The day limits (28 days etc.) are based on calendar days.
In case of cancelation the visitor is charged with bank commissions or other fees.
Our payment and cancellation policy is made effective after written agreement with the visitor.
